Sydney's end of year school program was great. She was so excited about being a monkey in the jungle. She sure has been growing up!

We had a wonderful week long visit from Carrie's parents last week. We enjoyed yet another hike in the refuge, playing Wii, and just being together! We also drove right through the middle of the largest herd of Buffalo we have ever seen.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was an incredible experience this year. It started with a makeover at Sydney's school. She sang three precious, tear jerking songs, then gave me a makeover. This spa treatment included nails, hair and make up. We shared a lovely lunch together and I received several gifts. Sydney had even written (with the help of a teacher), that I was so smart, I even knew her daddy. On Mother's Day itself, I was treated to BBQ steak, and opened my terrific gift and card from Sydney and Scott. Sydney loves my gift as much as I do!
